Strategy & Brand
Direction, positioning, and brand foundation before piecemeal execution.
Guides
Traffic is not the goal. It is the raw material. When it doesn't turn into sales, the right response isn't automatically "more ads", but a structured diagnosis.

THE SHORT ANSWER
We check in this order: traffic quality → commercial offer → trust → product experience and checkout → tracking reliability. That way we fix the biggest constraint first, not the easiest symptom.
01
Two e-shops can have exactly the same visits and completely different revenue. The first question is whether the people landing on the page are actually looking for the product, the category and the price level you offer.
02
Visitors don't only weigh the price. They weigh the overall risk: delivery time, shipping costs, returns, availability, payment methods and how far they trust the business.
| Signal | Likely problem | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Product views without cart | Offer or product content | Price, images, USP, availability |
| Cart without checkout | Cost or trust | Shipping, returns, payments |
| Checkout without purchase | Friction or a technical issue | Errors, mobile UX, payment failures |
03
On mobile, every unnecessary step costs more. Search, filters, the product page, the cart and checkout should work as one continuous decision — not as five different systems.
04
Before drawing conclusions, we check that GA4, consent mode, ad platforms and eCommerce events agree closely enough to support a decision. Wrong or duplicate events can "improve" a dashboard while real performance stays the same. A clear view per funnel, product and revenue needs proper eCommerce Analytics.
Minimum measurement set
05
We score every finding on three axes: likely impact, confidence in the signal and cost of implementation. The result is a backlog of tests and fixes, not a list of arbitrary "improvements".
THE TAKEAWAY
The problem is rarely a single element. The value lies in connecting traffic, the commercial offer, experience and data into one eCommerce growth system.
